Claim test tBTG tokens

The Bitgold testnet faucet distributes tBitgold (tBTG) for development and testing. Testnet coins have no monetary value.

Claim from the online faucet

1. Open the Bitgold testnet faucet.
2. Paste your wallet address into the address field.
3. Complete any verification step shown by the faucet.
4. Submit the request and wait for the transaction to confirm.

The tBTG arrives at your address on Bitgold Testnet (chain ID 617). Add the testnet to your wallet first using the wallet configuration guide.

Faucet limits

Faucet limits and cooldowns are set by the faucet service and may change without notice. If you need a larger amount for testing, contact the Bitgold team through the official channels listed on www.bitgold.network.

Troubleshooting

• Balance does not appear: confirm your wallet is on Bitgold Testnet (chain ID 617) and that the transaction succeeded on testnet.bitgold.live.
• Request rejected: you may have reached the per-address or per-IP limit. Wait for the cooldown to expire.
• Wrong network: tBTG exists only on Bitgold Testnet. Never send mainnet assets to a testnet address for testing.
